RE recommendations

We are moving forward with seeking an RE and my doctor asked if I had a preference on who she referred me to.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Diagnosed PCOS and hypothyroidism 2/12. Began Metformin and Synthroid 2/12. Currently waiting to redo blood work before moving on to clomid and IUI hopefully by May/June. BabyFruit Ticker http://i47.tinypic.com/2le2wxg.png

    If you're in Des Moines, really there's only Dr. Young or Dr. Cooper at Mid Iowa Fertility. Otherwise there are RE's in Iowa City.

    I used both dr's at Mid Iowa Fertility on three separate "adventures" and they've been great for me.

    Thank you, my PCP mentioned something about Dr. Cooper.  I had no idea there were really only 2 in DSM.

    lol yes, not a ton of options.  :)  Dr Cooper is younger and I think sees more of the newer patients. Dr Young is a family friend actually which made it sort of awkward to see him but he's a great Dr. You'll be in good hands either way. Best of luck!! I've seen a lot of dreams come true after amazing challenges.

    We were referred to Dr Young by Dh's urologist so that's who we are working with. We've only seen him once but have liked him so far.
    TTC #1 since Sept '09 Dx: Severe MFI/Azoo
    IVF w/ICSI - transferred 2; froze 3
