I love this one http://jimmydean.com/recipes/easy-egg-casserole.aspx
I use the maple flavor sausage and usually double the recipe. It calls for french bread but you might be able to sub biscuits.
1 can of crescent roll dough
1 lb sausage, browned (we use medium if I can find it, we like the spice)
8oz shredded cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c milk
salt and pepper
Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and line with crescent roll, pressing seams together (or use the sheet). Sprinkle sausage over unbaked crescent roll and then sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour over casserole. Bake at 400 for about 30 min or until eggs are set and crescent roll is browned.
