i can't believe it! i haven't logged on in months and figured it'd be a whole new group of people but it's not... it's still you guys! so nice to see you all!
are those that celebrate christmas ready for it? we have almost all of our larsmas shopping done but it sure doesn't feel like the holidays without any snow.
anyway, i just wanted to say "hello" and see what was happening on the board. : )

Hey Lily! We're all set at our house. I have to make dessert tonight for our family dinner tomorrow and I'm nervous more of it will end up in my tummy than in the bowl. I'm making THIS and I'm super excited.
I tried sending you a Facebook message a while ago but I don't think it worked - my phone was being weird after an update. Is Kinsey Millhone still doing okay at your house? My mom mentioned getting the books back at some point but no rush. :-)

Our Christmas is going to be low-key this year. Just spending Christmas at our ILs with a few family members, but it sounds perfect to me.

Christmas is great, but came up faster then normal. Finally finished wrapping everything for tomorrow's family fun. I 100% agree with you about the snow, just isnt right!!
I'll have a little one in less then two months (hopefully) so that is what I have been up to lately. (Speaking of I need to update my siggy!)
the new (as of June) job is going great! i love what i do but i am still learning SO MUCH every day. that can be frustrating after feeling like i knew most everything in my old job. i like learning, but i hate doing things "wrong". you know?
congrats on the babies and the babies to be. super exciting! don't bring any of that water to my house though, okay?
kiz, yes, i actually got your FB message but i've been so crazy busy... i've been meaning to message you back. i'll try to work out a time to drop the books off at your place. with school and work, i haven't had a chance to read them. i'll just go the library route once i get more settled in. how did the trifle turn out? it looked AMAZING!
our larsmas was pretty good. good friends, good gifts and maybe too much "cheer". ; ) just getting ready for a NYE party we are hosting this weekend.
