Has anyone made these? I have one and love it. I've had it for 10 plus years and it's great for headaches. I was thinking about using rice, dried peppermint, dried lavendar, and some essential oils in it. Any advice would be appreciated. I thought these would make great gifts. I just got a sewing machine.
Re: herbal eye pillow recipe
I would probably check out homemade stuff on Etsy, see what the sellers there are making.
Are you looking to heat it up/make it microwave safe? A while back I looked up 'recipes' for microwave pillows for animals, I'm not sure if you can mix stuff like lavender in with the rice or corn or whatnot.
