best christmas ever. hands down. we got our christmas gift. lillian eileen was born 12/23/11 @ 12:53 am. she was a perfect 7lbs 7 oz and 19.5 inches long.
just got released today so we are all settling in at home as a family 3 (plus two furry babies) gabby & roxy arent quite sure what to make of her yet
i hope everyone is enjoying a relaxing and indulgent holiday.

How's everybody's Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? Pretty uneventful. I came back from being with my family in Fresno yesterday afternoon. Today, we're just getting going since DH has to be in bed for most of the day.
What did Santa give you? Haven't opened DH's gift or any from his family yet. His mom will be here on Wed. I got S4 of RTA on DVD from my mom, a gift card to Amazon from my brother, and money from my grandpa.
Did the people you offer gifts to like them? I think everyone was/will be happy. The only one I can't tell as much is my brother's GF.Donate to My Pancreatic Cancer Research Page

Our Christmas celebration was pretty uneventful as well. We went to get some fresh crabs at Half Moon Bay's port yesterday. Boy, the waiting line was long. We didn't do much today besides going to the church. I got the machine washable scarf I've requested Santa.
Christmas was a hard one for me which I didn't expect. We had a nice low key Christmas Day at T's brother's house and a bigger gathering later that night at his aunts.
We didn't do gifts this year. But we are taking ourselves to Paris next year so I guess that counts.
We did little gifts this year but yes, everybody seemed happy.

I had a great holiday with my family. We hung out and ate for hours on end--what's not to like?
I answered what I got in Passanie's post above so I won't repeat here.
I think everyone else liked what we got them. The personalized Lands' End canvas totes were a big hit I think. My cousin loved the blanket I knit her, but I forgot to get a pic of it before I gave it to her, boo! My sister really liked the storage bench we found her for the end of her bed--thank goodness because that would have been a bear to return!
