Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I gained 1lb.
We only went running 2 times and tracked 4 out 7 days. So not the best week for me. But we did finish the C25K program!
Next week: do our 5k timed run, figure out our new workout plan, go running 3 times and start weight lifting. For eating getting back into tracking every day and eating in moderation.
I also didn't weigh myself. But honestly, I was on my feet for like 5 days straight, played golf on Christmas day, hiked 5 miles on Monday, sprinted 2mi around the track yesterday, and did a 5mi temp run this morning. Not too worried about the biscotti, chex mix, or rum cake that visited my person this week.
