Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Finding myself and an update
The weekend went pretty well except S2BXH keep trying to "bring me down" . Rude comments, texts and such. Its been super easy to actually start packing everything up. I have come to the conclusion I am just done . I am so much happier now . I cant wait till the divorce. Even my friends notice I am happier .
S2BXH refuses to tell anyone about the divorce but whatever floats his boat. I wrote up a piece of paper that had some but not all my personal items/ items that are mine during the divorce ( gifts+) and had DH sign it so I could start selling things I wont be able to store at my new place. S2BXH wouldn't sign it for a while but after he b*tched for a little he finally did.
I have been packing stuff up so once I talk to the lawyer I can start moving out and I have been looking through all my "old stuff " and its pretty sad I look at the pictures and I wonder where that girl is and why I let myself get this bad ( or in this bad of a situation.
So I am hoping I will have enough money to get a cheap car and be set .

I don't go see the lawyer until next week . That's the earliest I could get in anywhere.

It might be just me, but I think its super messed up and immature that he is sending you abusive texts. That something a teenager would do. I wouldn't respond to them, but take a picture of them and then delete. Keep a log of all the abusive stuff that he sends/says/emails. Document document document.
So finally after calling Legal Aid( LA) I finally got through. When they answered I told them I was looking for the qualifications for getting LA for a divorce . She asked to put me on hold and told me that there were 3 people on hold in front of me. Well I sat on hold for 20 minutes ( which wasn't to bad ) . Then she got back on and asked if I had any minor children involved. When I said not any from our relationship just a SC. She said they only take child-custody divorces.
Well at least I already have a meeting scheduled a( with a lawyer **) for next week.
