Did you get everything you wanted for Christmas? I definitely got everything I wanted for Christmas!
What was your favorite gift that came from your list? DH got me a large Vera Bradley tote (like for traveling) with a matching toiletries kit and the IL's got DH and I a new bedding set (I picked out all of those gifts, so that probably doesn't count, right?)
What was your favorite gift that wasn't on your list? The entire Harry Potter Blue Ray collection!!!
What was the worst gift? This ridiculous scarf my mom got me, and perfume from my cousin (fortunately I can take that one back!)
Any good stories about gifts you gave to other people? Hm.... Not really... MIL and FIL loved their gifts, which was nice to see. That's about it.

What was your favorite gift that came from your list? Probably Barnes and Noble giftcards.
What was your favorite gift that wasn't on your list? MIL bought me some new gardening gloves that are specifically made for thorns/thistle. They are very thick and go all the way to the elbow. We have major thistle issues in our yard and my hands and arms got torn up this summer trying to weed. She also got me a book on weeds.
What was the worst gift? Not so much worst gift but we got a lot of candy and DH is trying to eat healthier but has a major sweet tooth. Not a good combination!
Any good stories about gifts you gave to other people? MIL wanted some printed photos from the wedding and so we printed a couple and put them in frames. But we also thought it would be funny to print an 8x10 of our cat Bella and put it in a frame for her since she didn't have any pictures of her grandcat. She thought it was really funny.
She had it sitting on the table in the kitchen and my 1 year old niece saw it and pointed. I took her over to it and she started petting the picture thinking it was a real cat. She then tried turning the picture over and around looking or the rest of the cat. It was super cute
What was your favorite gift that came from your list? New slippers.
My old ones were literally falling apart.
What was your favorite gift that wasn't on your list? DH got me speakers for my computer. At first I thought it was silly, but now that they are hooked up, it is awesome!
What was the worst gift? Nothing bad. An ornament that I don't really care for, but that is about it.
Any good stories about gifts you gave to other people? I knew DH wanted a kindle, but instead of giving it to him myself, I had my parents go in on it with me, and have them give it to him. I think he was a little disappointed when he didn't get it on Christmas morning, but ended up getting it later that day.
I actually cashed in all my Swagbucks points for Amazon gift cards, and ended up saving $35 on it, so I was happy.
Did you get everything you wanted for Christmas? Um, not really. But I had a pretty long wish-list to give people options.
What was your favorite gift that came from your list? FI's parents gave us cash in the form of Euros for our honeymoon. The cash, in and of itself, was very generous and helpful. However, the fact that it was already in euro form was even more special/helpful because I was worried about having euro in hand when we got to Italy. (The first place we are staying requires the balance to be paid in cash up front. ick) Now that we have a good hunk of usable cash, I don't have to worry about finding an ATM right away. Such a relief.
What was your favorite gift that wasn't on your list? Almost everything I received was off a list. I guess the cash technically wasn't, so that would be my favorite. Other than that, I did get a gift card to The Buckle, and I really need a new pair of jeans.
What was the worst gift? I'd have to say the baked goods gift from my brother and his FI. They weren't the worst in the way that they were baked goods. They were actually quite yummy and appreciated. Rather, they were the worst because I got nothing for them, so I kinda felt bad. (We hadn't discussed exchanging anything.) I guess kinda luckily, since they were just baked goods, I didn't feel too bad and horrible.
Any good stories about gifts you gave to other people? No, not really. Funny story for me though (as I shared part of in 10TT), this year was the year of multiples. We got 3 fire safes. 2 sets of travel neck pillows. And I got 2 "fashion" scarves. The neck pillows and scarves were not even on a list that I gave anyone. And the fire safes was a snafu between the parents.
Did you get everything you wanted for Christmas? Not quite, but I'm satisfied with what I got. (other than the fact that dh knew I went out with the kids to get him presents from them and he did not do the same- made me a little sad)
What was your favorite gift that came from your list? Kindle Fire (not really the one on my list, but I'm trying to figure out if I like it)
What was your favorite gift that wasn't on your list? Gift card to Compari's/Fiammi in Plymouth.
What was the worst gift? I asked for a very specific apron and instead I got a bubble gum pink apron with white polka dots. Not my style. I'm not a pink fan enough to want an apron. This is the second year in a row I've gotten an apron that I do not like (last years went in the donation pile immediately upon walking in the door. This one was nearly $30 so I feel like I have to keep it). Oh... and purple leopard print pjs. Also not my style. I can't return them at all because my MIL doesn't give gift receipts and you have to ask for them- it's a big deal to do that.
