Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I bought him a new screen and repair kit for Xmas on the suggestion of some Nesties and I totally can't remember who all it was who suggested that. So, thank you - he's happy, it works (except the button used to take pictures was shattered so he may not be able to take pics/videos anymore) and he won't have to switch back to his old phone.
