My regulars are back. At the top of my list is to lose weight, read more, save some money, participate in more charities with my husband and travel more with my girls since I am turning thirty this year. What's on your list?
Re: Resolutions???
I guess mine are more goals than resolutions, but in the next year I (/we) want to:
pay off our remaining car loan and my 1 high interest rate student loan, build equity in our house, and save more of a cushion. Donate more money to charity since we are donating less time lately.
work on personalizing our house. We've done a lot of work to the place, and everything functions fine, but a lot of the living areas do not feel like ours. We need to paint and hang photos/artwork. Oh, and make a big boy room for DS! We love the nursery, but we were "team green" and now that we know he's a boy (and we want another LO) we can design a room just for him.
hopefully get pregnant again.
I have too many this year, lol.
Last year was simple, quit smoking and lose weight. Which I'm proud to say I did both
Now it's more complicated, like lose weight, run obstacle course 5ks, do a 1/2 marathon, start sparring, save money, be more organized, jar my own pasta sauce, read more, drink less, balance time with the in laws better...
Maybe I should put "be more organized" on the top of the list and get my goals in order, lol.
Good luck and happy 2012!
I don't usually do resolutions either, In my experience they don't stick. But the new year is nice to have a clean slate. On my list is to update my kitchen. We can't afford a new one, so I want to redo the cabinets and update it so that way I don't hate it quite so much.
Fitness related I have already made my goals :-)
It took 5 failed IUIs and a failed IVF, but our FET worked!
My pregnancy after Infertility Blog
Our baby girl was born on April 27, 2011!
