Man, everyone else is sleeping in this week and I am jealous!
H and I got a little competetive in the gym last night... I did 80 kettlebell squats and I can barely walk today. Good times. Today... just work, a run (please let it stop raining! ugh!) and taking my grandma out to run some errands tonight. At least the week is almost over... it's so crazy there are only 3 days of 2011 left!

Morning! A vent is below
I'm getting so frustrated with DH's work. Usually he has some say over travel except when corporate is involved. They're now demanding he be two places in early 2012.
First is a week in January - the same time we have show tickets for that I bought as his Christmas present (I checked is calendar - it was clear, told him a day and time to mark but not what we were doing.)
And now it's a week out of town Feb 13 - 17th. I hope all the guy wives are as accepting of the idea that we're all alone on Valentines Day. DH and I rarely do anything on the day - but its still aggravating. Add in we're supposed to be in AK for a wedding Feb 11 & 12 and already have tickets for Vegas Feb. 18-21st... looks like DH is living out of a suitcase in Feb.

Kari - that's too bad, I hate when work changes schedules around.
I am just getting ready to go back to work - boo! I can't complain though, it is only 2 days before the weekend. I tried running the other day and Now can barely walk =/ - I might need to give it a little more time but I really want to try again this weekend!
My time off was so wonderful! DH and I both totally surprised each other with gifts. We said we were not going to do much and both failed! We got to spend a bunch of time with family which was wonderful as well. I always have a bit of a let down after the holidays (even more so this year) so I need to find something fun to do in Jan.
I am excited to watch the Dawgs tonight, I hope I can get off a little early

Kari - that sucks and is super frustrating! My H is looking at more travel jobs and I'm a little apprehensive about it!
H and I are leaving for Hawaii this evening so I will be MIA until the 7th. Hope you ladies have a fabulous New Years!

Hello! Today is my Friday, I get off at 8. Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow! When I woke up this morning I hear a little dog barking in our yard. We don't have a fence and the neighbor's dog was running around. Made me laugh. Our dog was out front, I'm surprised she didn't play with it. Though she sometimes is afraid of smaller dogs..
