NYE Dinner Dilemma

I am throwing an intimate dinner party for 6. I had my menu planned and prepped and I find out today that our friend's new girlfriend is vegetarian. Another guest is gluten free. Does anyone have a suggestion of what kind of main dish I can make to suit these different guests? I had planned on making a pork loin and salmon with a few sides. I would greatly appreciate your ideas!

Or you could make either of these soups-

do you know if the vegetarian eats fish?  (I only know a few very strict vegetarians and the rest eat seafood, thought it would save you from completely re-working the menu)

I can understand your dilemma... I through a NYE party every year and there are a few people who I don't invite just because they are vegetarian... I know that's terrible, but I hate having to come up with two entrees, and I'm sorry, but I like meat.

Make them an easy pasta with marinara, salad and call it a day.
