Got a good laugh today
My BFF and I are working on purging my house of old things to make room for the new. I was on Facebook trying to locate old wedding pictures to sell my wedding dress on Craigslist and ended up on XH's FB page. I noticed his relationship status said "Engaged". We got a good laugh out of that. I feel sorry for the poor woman, because when the passion runs out, he'll probably cheat on her too!

Thanks to fb I noticed my ex got engaged a few days before Christmas -- he proposed to her the exact place he proposed to me and actually just a day (and 7 or 8 years) earlier! Real original there bud!
My friends and I had a laugh about it also and I made a comment to my friend (not on FB) that I also feel sorry for the new girl!

The diamond in the engagement ring was a family heirloom, so I gave the whole ring back to him when we divorced. I figured he'd use the diamond again, but was anxious to see if he would just go ahead and use the same ring. A pic was finally posted and he didn't!
Wow. He sounds like a real gem.
