If we do stay in this year, I'd like to cook something special. Do you have traditional food you make on NYE? What are you making this year? I got a cast-iron skillet and a crock pot for Christmas. Got any ideas for those?
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

haha just kidding. Sort of.
No, we don't do a traditional New Year's Eve food. It sounds like a great idea though! I am planning on making bruschetta tonight because we're doing our Christmas exchange with my parents and brother and SIL early this evening. I thought I should probably have some food out for everyone, but I am very sugared out so trying to avoid cookies.
We are staying in too. This is our menu for today and tomorrow:
Stuffed Mushrooms
Artichoke & Spinach Dip
Marinated pork tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes and onions
Black Russian Cake
Huevos Rancheros (tomorrow)
Cioppino (tomorrow)
