Really Need Some Nestie Dust Please

I kind of feel like a broken record and I'm sorry about that but will everyone please think of us? My husband's pressure sore keeps coming back. It will heal and we'll think he can be up and around and then it will come back. It's scary because it's on the same general area that he had skin flap surgery 6 years ago. They cannot do that surgery again in the same place/with the same skin and tissue. It's very small but it keeps opening up. And this time, it's actually been hurting him, which is strange because of course he has little sensation below the waist. It's not been infected yet (which is when they get scary) and we've been treating it the way they taught us to when he had the others. But it's obviously not been effective enough so we need a doctor to examine it. After a certain point, the home care nursing ran out on our insurance so I had to become the nurse and it is this way now because we don't have full coverage. Right now we only have coverage for hospitalization. His mother has offered to cover what it costs to see a wound care specialist but that will have to wait until after the holiday. Happy New Year to us. :( We have a hospital bed at home that he sleeps on that specially for preventing pressure sores that he has slept on since he had the others 6-7 years ago. Please pray, send Nestie dust and good vibes that he won't need surgery again because they probably would be limited in how much they could do and pressure sores can be deadly. Thanks!
