My friend had her baby on the 29th. I was wanting to take something food wise for her and her H, but I have no idea what to make. She eats really healthy (I do not). I know she doesn't eat a lot of meat, but I know her H doesn't eat as healthy as she does. So I am asking for some help from some of the healthy eating girls on the board for some great dinners to take to her. I basically make chicken spaghetti for these types of occassions, but that's not exactly the healthiest thing so I am in need of some help. TIA!
ETA: I also forgot to add she breastfeeds so nothing too spicy or too tomatoy (?).

Mmm! Soup sounds great! Maybe a split pea or a lentil soup?
You could also do a quinoa salad that could be eaten warm or cold. That way they'd be able to eat it several times without getting bored.

This is also on the menu this week:

mild black bean soup
vegetable soup with sandwich makings on the side
I think chicken spaghetti with a salad is fine, too
I made grilled Hawaiian chicken over rice with a side salad for a friend awhile back
baked potatoes with a variety of healthy toppings?
