Poll: Did you kiss your DH on the first date?
Re: Poll: Did you kiss your DH on the first date?
I refuse to answer that. Our "first date" was supposed to be a weekend island fling and then we were never supposed to see each other again.
That didn't go according to plan...
I was friends with DBF for 11 months before we got together. So our "first date" didn't happen until after we decided we liked each other and would try a relationship.
So...yes.

XH: Yes. He always teased that I "seduced" him.
BF: No. Though technically it wasn't officially a date. Just a walk alone along the beach, romantic drinks, and dinner. Two colleagues that both have a crush on each other can do that without it being a date, right?
Yes. To boot, DH was the first boyfriend I had in a long time who hadn't been a friend first. I literally met him, went out on a date with him, kissed him and even did the deed with him in a 2-week span. There's no denying chemistry. We just instantly clicked and we're still together, 15 years after meeting.
Ditto this except that we had been "e-dating" for about 2 years.

We met online, while he was deployed. We traded emails (and weekly phone calls) for eleven weeks before he came home and we had our first date. I knew that night that he was "the one".
No...it was our 2nd date. Which I think was the day after our first date (the day we met was our first date, he asked me out for coffee after we played with the kids at the orphanage together).
Unintentionally we were legally married 2 years to the day after we first met
