I'm having a hard time with the idea of being a working mom.  Luckily my sister is watching Chase today and tomorrow, my parents are watching him the next 2 days, and next week DH is home with him.  But after that I have to bring him to daycare 5 days a week.  I knew this was coming but it didn't make it any easier to come in today.  I have no motivation to be here.  My office moved one door down the hall while I was gone so all of my stuff is scattered throughout still in boxes. 

On the plus side (I have to come up with something not so depressing about being here) I will be stuck at a desk for 8 hours a day so I'll be hanging around the Nest more often.

Reorganizing your office should take you... oooh... all week. I hope the transition back goes ok-- I found the transition was better by leaving DD with my mom that first week and then starting daycare. Once I stopped calling the daycare lady "the stranger" it got a lot better too (that's not a helpful thought process to think like that of your daycare provider!).

The first day is always the worst, thankfully you have an office you need to put together to keep you busy.  I promise it will get easier. I was fortunate to have my mom watch them for the first 15 months.  The first day at their DC was bad for me, but it's been a little over a month and so much easier now. They love it, and are off and running the minute we walk through the door.  Good luck with the transition back.
