s/o teeth cleaning. Evora Pet probiotic?
Has anyone used this? Is it good?
Truffle has mucho tartar buildup and very bad breath. I'm looking for something to help until we get him into the vet for a cleaning and to maintain in between.
Thanks.
Re: s/o teeth cleaning. Evora Pet probiotic?
I can't speak toward any sort of specific product, but raw meaty bones (RMBs) are phenomenal for dental health. The smaller amount of meat on the bones helps "scrub" the teeth with the pup chomps on it, and if it's a harder bone (like a beef rib or something), the dog will get longer chewing ability out of it.
Things like beef or pork ribs, chicken or turkey necks, or something similar, work really well! Yes, the bones are safe when they're raw, and no, your dog won't get a bacterial infestation from eating the raw meat on them.
