I Left the House for 15 Minutes...(PR)

and came home to this!

Brand new package of toilet paper (decent kind, too!) DESTROYED!  Mr. Rosco Cat thought this was his new toy. He was super hyper when I got home (he runs around like a crazy cat) so he must have gotten into the cat nip ;)

Guess I'm going to have to crate the cat now, too! (Smile not really...)

  • AAHAHAHAHA!! Sorry about your TP!

This is why ours goes straight into the closet! Sammy likes biting/shredding/licking plastic way too much to leave things out that we need to keep whole!

  • Ugh, nothing like coming home to a mess!  At least it wasn't shoes?  I vote for kenneling the cat nip - would it drive Rosco nuts?  ;)

On the plus side, it could have been worse! And the activity seemed to have worn him out. He's been sleeping in his "cat fort" of piled chairs and moving boxes for the past hour or so. Which keeps him out of my hair while I pack!

Rosco doesn't eat shoes, but Jasper does. I came home from from a family weeding at 11pm (H had to stay home) to find he had eaten my $75 work shoes (I'm on my feet at work, so I don't flake out on my work shoes!). I worked at 6am the next morning and NOTHING was open to go buy new shoes!

That definitely tops any of my chewed shoes stories.  How awful!

Yeah...Jasper is quite the dog. A few weeks ago he at my Culinary degree and over Christmas he enjoyed opening everyone's presents and leave a "special "touch on them.

We think he's a bit bored - but we move on the 12th to a home with a HUGE fenced in yard and we're super excited! He's never been off a leash before!
