Nest burp.
Thanks for thinking of me!
The surprise itself was pathetic in terms of DHs reaction. He was just simply too stunned to digest it!
The flights down and back were very uneventful which was a welcomed change from our nightmare flights to Puerto Rico in April.
The trip itself was really relaxing, which was my biggest goal. We spent a lot of our time at sea napping and lounging in the sun reading a baby name book on my kindle. The food on the boat was decent, but nothing that DH would write home about (although the desserts were, overall, awesome).
Our time in port was good, but all too brief. We saw Mayan ruins in Cozumel, went cave tubing in Belize, and then DH went diving (and I did snorkeling) in Roatan and Costa Maya. Our favorite ports simply in terms of the country/area itself would be Roatan and Costa Maya. We could easily go back to Roatan since the island seems fairly well off and we didn't encounter any areas that made us concerned for our safety. We met a lot of ex-pats there who absolutely loved it. The crystal blue waters didn't hurt!
I'll have all of my pictures (all 300 or so) of them posted tonight on Facebook, which will include the pictures I took of the Kennedy Space Center that we visited on our first day back in the US (thanks to late in the day flights and a super cheap $32 rental car).
