Tuesday Afternoon Chatter
Re: Tuesday Afternoon Chatter
Hey guys! I'm finally home after being at work all day. Overall, though, not a bad day. I did have to tell myself a few times that I'm going to have a better attitude, though, but it does seem to work.
I have to go grocery shopping in a little bit. I'm trying meal planning for a few weeks, to see if that helps with finances, and with not eating junky, crappy food. I hate grocery shopping, and I have this huge long list of things I need to get just to feed two people for the rest of this week. I don't understand how two people can possibly need this much food.

In fact, I am so excited for them, I would like them now. Get on that MuSu!
=P
You realize you just jinxed it for at least until you get your pics, right? THANKS.

ETA: Chrissy, I should have quoted you.
Cosigned, me.
I was just thinking about Musu pics and how she is so secretive. Haha. I'm so excited for you!
Hello everyone. I just got home and I think I might be ready for bed. I feel like an old lady.
Me three!

Not dinner time out here yet.
Ma and I are making Asparagus and Poached Eggs over pasta from SkinnyTaste. I am really excited. But we probably won't start cooking until like 530 after my mom gets home from work and the market.
I am such a west coaster with my early eating times.
Y'all. It's COLD here. It didn't get out of the 30s here today, I don't think. That's NOT Alabama weather. It's supposed to warm back up at the end of the week, but I'm NOT happy with this cold spell.
And yes, all you people from colder climates, I'm really biitching about 30 degree weather. It's miserable, and I don't like it.

Holly, it is fine. When one lives in Alabama, they expect a certain weather.
I've had what I've expected lately, except for the lack of snow. But my NYE's get together with friends was about 15* and windy.
I fell asleep before the game ended. H woke me up to tell me the bad news.
I'm a Cal grad. I support H's team, but I can't say that I feel much sadness when my alma mater's rival loses.

That's right. I couldn't remember if it was you or your H that graduated from Stanford. Can I ask what made you want to be a doctor?
Random Blog
I've wanted to be a doctor since I was a little girl. My dad is a doctor. I couldn't imagine being anything else. I like science, I like teaching, and I like making people feel better. It just made sense.
