My SO and I are looking for a cheap car and we've been looking at craigslist ads and found a good one we want to look at, which lead to a debate..
Is 8:30 pm too late to call someone about a craigslist post?
(We were talking about looking at the car tomorrow morning)

Re: You Decide
My mother is the queen of phone time etiquette. (Or @ least she believes personally that she is and has somehow convinced all of us that these are the rules of social America currently
For business, distant-ish calls (Craigslist included- my dad, an avid CL-er approves!): 8am-9pm
For friends, family:7:30am-10pm
Seriously.
THANK YOU!!!

Hey Fallin- just wanted to clarify that I was NOT advising a 7:30 a.m. call, as I would also be pissy. That time was for close friends/ family, basically people that can and will ignore you if not a good time. AND the 7:30 calls need to have some sort of meaning, not just to chat. I can't believe that I'm on the nest after midnight, (pointlessly?
explaining my mother's phone/time code right now. I'm blaming the 2.38 glasses of wine.
OP, glad it helped. Promise my original response was before the wine!
