What is your favorite city from your home country?
Re: Poll: Your favorite city in your "host country" and "home country"
I love Seattle. And DC.
(I am going to do the UK since I am now back in the US) - I love York, and the North part of the UK, the smaller towns.
Spain: Avila or Covadonga
US: Las Vegas
Australia - haven't found one yet
US - New Orleans
Norway: Oslo
US: Austin
Home Country: Austin
Host Country: London, right where I am
Israel-Tel Aviv
US-Boston
Switzerland: Zurich
US: Atlanta or Chicago (I lived in ATL before moving here, and I've found myself missing it lately)
Spain: Santander
US: Portland, ME or Portsmouth, NH
I love living in London so gotta say that one for England.
In the US, probably San Francisco.
Dubai
Seattle
I'm going to claim the GCC as my "host country" b/c honestly there is no favorite "city" to me in Bahrain as there's technically only one "city" and lots of little towns or suburbs
host country: Dubai
home country: Austin

In the US it's a tie between San Francisco and NYC (I know, totally different cities, but I love 'em both - only reason I'd stick to Denver if I'd move to the US again, would be because of all of my friends there.)
NL - Amsterdam 100 percent. I'm very much a big city girl and Amsterdam, while being the biggest city in Nl, is already pretty small and 'town-ish'. Even smaller cities or towns are just not an option.
