15 sets of these for the aunts and uncles, a towel and homemade Belgian style wheat beer.

5 sets of Matryoshka dolls for the little girls in the family. (Thanks for posting yours, Mrs AJL! Although I didn't buy the pattern, so mine didn't turn out quite as nicely.) They were all different, but I forgot to take pictures until all but the last one was wrapped.

And for both moms, a stable for their homeless nativities. This was the one I made MIL. The proportion isn't quite right because I scaled it to her figurines; those are my smaller ones in the photograph.
Now that all of these projects are off my lap, I'm not quite sure what to do with my time.

Re: More late PIPs of some Christmas gifts
The beer and towels were a huge hit. I think we'll do that again next year.
Two of the recipients loved the dolls, two were meh, one was mailed so I'm not sure.
My MIL actually teared up when she opened the stable, and that was before she realized I made it. But she's a bit sentimental and her nativity set is an old one passed down from HER mom, so I wasn't too shocked when she was excited and put it up right away. My mom's reaction was a little more restrained, but she liked it too.
That sounds like a pretty good hit rate to me!
And I just pinned your kitchen towels
