Hit me with your best chocolate dessert recipes

I don't mean literally, but that would be funny.  One of my gifts for Christmas was this fancy schmancy chocolate and I want to use it to make something yummy.  Ideas?  I have 8 ozs of bittersweet drops and 7ozs of milk chocolate bars.  Recipes that use either or both are appreciated.  Thanks!

I love chocolate covered strawberries.  Just melt the milk chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute on half power, stir, then another minute on half power again.  Dip your strawberries and then put them in the fridge on wax paper to cool.

I love chocolate covered strawberries too.  Unfortunately, strawberries are about $8/pint here. :-(

You could always try molten chocolate cakes.  I've used this recipe before and it was easy and yummy.  Ramekins work best but I've also done them in muffin pans as well.

  I was singing that in my head while reading all the posts
