After getting Lulu back from the vet her skin is really dry, itchy and flaky. Im guessing it is just because she hasn't been eating/eating right for a week? I would take her to the groomer and have them try and fix her but she's not allowed and I don't want her to be itchy for another two weeks.
Re: Dry, dandruff skin?
They make anti-itch soothing sprays (usually for things like flea/mosquito bites) for dogs; that might help her.
A good natural moisturizer is coconut oil. Bonus points: it smells and tastes good! (in which case you might have to keep Lulu from licking it all off, lol!)
B/w 1/8: betas 17,345, progesterone 25.6
I took her to the vet 5 days after adopting her from the shelter so Im guessing yes.
Maybe a bath with a soothing shampoo (like one with oatmeal in it)?
Good luck and keep us updated on her progress. Hope she is back to 100% soon!
