Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Shutterfly Rave!

So every year we make photo books for our family members and then I make my dad and us a calendar.  Well I ordered the calendars and apparently clicked on making a 2011 calendar (why that should even be an option in December of 2011, I don't know).  Well I just realized it the other day and emailed Shutterfly after realizing that I made an error and didn't change the start year.  Well even though it was totally my fault they credited me enough to make two new calendars and gave me free priority shipping!!  I know we always share horror stories of companies, but just wanted to share how pleased I was with their customer service.  They got back to me promptly and it was very easy!!  I was so pleased esp, since it was my fault :- /
