PIP my foster dog
Hey Ladies,
I haven't been around in quite a while, but I used to lurk and post a bit more. Anyway I just wanted to post a picture of my new foster dog. his name is Emmett and he is a 9 month old 44lb Beagle/English Bulldog Mix. He is a happy and playful guy, but timid in new situations. He's friendly with dogs, people, and cats. I think he'd prefer a rowdy playmate to run around outside with, but he'd also probably do fine as an only dog. He's still adjusting to life in a house and we're working on some basic things like house breaking and general obedience, but he is very food motivated which should help. He is up to date on vaccinations and neutered and the vet did not identify any health issues. He was rescued from a puppy mill, but thankfully he is very social with people and doesn't want to eliminate in his crate (some common problems with mill dogs and pet store dogs). He is sponsored through a small breed rescue in Toledo (Littlest Angels Pet Sanctuary) but he isn't listed on petfinder just yet. Kzoomaggie- Everything is going pretty well, just been busy with work and life. I took a break from TN after a bit of craziness went down with another poster on a different board (a stranger somehow tracked her exact address using GPS coordinates that were tied to a photo she posted). Needless to say it got me a bit freaked out. Good lesson though- I'm going to be a bit more careful about how much personal information I post. Never know how many creepy lurkers are out there!

Yeah, there has definitely been some craziness that has gone down in the past, but that's pretty scary! I'm glad to hear that things are going well!!!

lol sorry! I know how you feel. I love dogs so much and it was so hard when I lived in a non dog friendly apartment.
