I read about how your back is hurting already, and I feel your pain...literally. The problem for me was that my chest grew faster than my stomach, and then the added weight of the ever-growing belly just made it worse. The snoogle definitely helped, even when just lounging on the couch. That thing is amazing. Also, try sitting on a bouncing ball whenever you can, including at your desk at work. It will help alleviate the pressure on your back. It looks ridiculous, but it's helpful. When you can't be on a ball, keep a heating pad ready.
I wish I could tell you it will get better, but it probably won't until that baby is out and you can get rid of the extra bewbage. I grew more than 2 cup sizes. Keep the girls supported as best you can. Not sure if you have one near you, but Cacique is good for larger busted girls and Motherhood Maternity was great for pregnancy and nursing bras. I am almost back to my normal cup size now, but I'm still nursing. Hoping things go back to normal. The deflated look they've taken makes me sad. TMI...sorry.

Oooh! If you're planning on pumping at all, look into hands free. The simple wishes pumping bra is amazing and will fit even the larger chested. I promise.
Re: *raynes*
Thanks for the info! I'll have to start carting The Anaconda around the house with me.
I measured myself last night and it looks like I'm just up a band size, with the cup size growing proportionately, so I ordered a new bra, which should help a lot. The ladies at Motherhood felt sorry for me when I went in to see if they had anything I could wear. Pre-pg I was a 34 FF (now looking like a 36 FF) and they have nothing even close to that, without having to go up to a redonkulously large band and thereby losing pretty well all support.
There was a deal on Baby Steals yesterday for half price Bravado nursing tanks, so I ordered on of those. Hopefully that'll help!
Also, I found just exercising yesterday helped a lot too. I was pretty sore just laying on the couch, but felt a lot better after I got up and moving and working my muscles.
Thanks for the tips!
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
