hungry

i ate plenty for dinner. i ate at 515 or so. zumba at 730.. my stomach was GROWLING! it still is and i'm starving. drinking tons of water.. really don't wanna eat before bed.

just had to put that out there.. because my stomach is growling and my baby dog is laying on my stomach and looks at me every time.. lol.

  • These days eating before bed is almost a nightly thing for me. What about fruit or something.. at least that's healthy!

  • i'm just going to starve myself. lol. i know i'm not hungry. but working out didn't help.

    and for the record.. i need to go to zumba more often, i used to know all of the routines, now i just look like an idiot among the booty shakers.

  • I would consider eating a little something, just some protein and fat. 5:15 was a long time ago, lol.
  • lol.. you'll get it back in no time I'm sure!

    I agree with emy though... even greek yogurt or something..

  • i think i should just take my assss to sleep! lol.

    it's funny because i eat around the same time every day.. and i'm extra hungry today.

    i'd like some peanut butter toast.

  • All the trainers and nutritionists I've been working/talking with say eating something like nuts or drinking milk before bed actually helps in fat loss. I've been doing it for the last few months and it's definitely helping. Denying yourself little things like that can backfire at times.

    haha. no. i make it a point not to eat after 7. no food for me. i just thought it was interesting. because my stomach rarely growls.

    i'm hoping my body is telling me its dropping weight.. and my 30ds and cardio daily is making some changes.

    actually i feel 'skinnier' than last week.. i always love that feeling.

  • I ate my lunch at work around 6ish so I'm not hungry. I'm drinking some wine though.

  • glad you ate some nuts!! starving yourself is bad for your metabolism! next time, try something like a piece of string cheese or a hard boiled egg. those should get you through.
