Congrats on making it through the first week of 2012

Tomorrow morning I have to go to the dentist for a cleaning--ugh.  Then we're driving up to NH to visit with an old high school friend for a few hours.  Sunday night we have a volleyball tournament.

I am looking forward to this weekend. 

Saturday we are celebrating my grandpa's 95th birthday. He is the last grandparent alive so this is pretty special.

Sunday my niece is getting baptized and dh and I are honored to be a part of the celebration as her godparents! After church we are doing a family brunch and then we'll head back up to SF for some down time.

Well, I did have plans to spend it with my mom and brother. My mom has a long Winter Break at her school so she's off now. We were going to go to Manhattan Beach because my bro is taking a computer class and needs something he can only get at the Fry's there. We were going to make a day of it and go to the beach, we'd picked out a seafood restaurant and they would stay for a couple of nights. But she's had to push it back until next Fri so hopefully these will be my next wknd plans. ETA: Since I have an interview on Mon at a school nearby to be a sub, I'll be preparing for that this wknd.
