We went to New Orleans. It was a lot of fun!
That sounds awesome! Did you go during Mardi Gras? I would love to go to NOLA not during MG just because HUGH crowds make me feel super overwhelmed. If it wasn?t during MG what did you do there?
You couldn't pay me enough money to go during Mardi Gras lol. It was a lot of fun but not my thing. I am not a huge drinker so I think a lot of it was missed on me.
All that being said, we took a night tour of French Quarter which was fun. We had some really good Cajun food and Beignets. We also took a street car and wandered around the Garden District which was pretty mice too. The one thing we didn't do which I wish we would have is a ghost tour.
Overall I am happy we went and I had fun but I can't imagine we would ever go back again. It wasn't my favorite place I have ever been.

Right on, I think I'd want to go more or less to say I went there, but not during Mardi Gras. I would love love love some authentic Cajun food though that sound ridiculously fantast to me! I think with your post and Maggie?s post with the swamp tour it sounds like we?d like it. Thanks guys!
