Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ideas?
Chilly managed to get into trouble again. I caught her chewing a pen. Luckily, I got it in time. She didn't ingest any ink, but she did manage to make a mess. The pen leaked all over her & the rug. It's been a couple hours so I'm sure she's fine. Now, how do I clean the ink off of her & the rug?

I've seen this product on tv, although I've never personally tried it. It's from QVC. the reviews seem to be pretty good, except, ironically enough, for pet stains
