Puppy drank water from toliet with cleaner in it! Ahhh?

We have (well....now HAD since we rid of it 20 minutes ago) one of those Lysol automatic toilet bowl cleaner bars that hooks on the side of the bowl...the website says the last 4 weeks and we have had Dex for 3 and so this thing is on its last leg.
Anyways...we've been really good with having the doors closed to the bathrooms but he snuck in and got a good 3 gulps from the toilet bowl with the cleaner thing on the bowl. We gave him some fresh water and he is acting fine...
Anybody else have this happen? Should I be on the phone with poison control or just keep an eye on him? Note to self: Dexter apparently likes Lavender scented things. He is 18lbs and just about 6 months old..

I sincerely hope Dexter is going to be just fine.
We have to keep our toilet lids down in addition to shutting the bathroom doors. Napoleon had an unfortunate incident a few years ago; he miscalculated a jump and fell into the toilet bowl. That was not a fun accident.
