T&P please

My poor dog is sick. I woke up to find truely incredible amounts of vomit all over the house with the freshest ones being bloody. We took her into the vet and she had xrays and there was no obstruction that they could see, plus she is still poopoing (well diarrhea now). She is now drugged up but feeling miserable still. I just want her to feel better! I hate seeing my baby sick =(

Re: T&P please

  • I'm sorry to hear about that and I hope your baby gets better soon! Did they know what it was or was it just guesswork? I know how hard this is, we just went through something similar with Sherlock. I was a mess and I'm sure you are too.
  • Oh no, I hope they figure out what's wrong! T&P coming your way!
  • Oh gosh, I'm so sorry! I hope they get to the bottom of it ASAP and your poor pup is feeling better soon!

  • The xray doesnt show any blockage or bloat so the vet is thinking just GI upset of some sort. She is on antibiotics and antivomiting meds and depending on if/how much water she can keep down today we may need to give her fluids. She is acting better but vomitted again at least once last night.
  • Oh my gosh! Loads ot T&Ps coming your way! I hope they nail down something concrete soon so they can get her well onto the road to recovery. I'm glad she doesn't have any sort of obstruction, but that's still so upsetting!
