I know this is last min but dh and I are going to jerome tomorrow any suggestions on what to do that are fun/romantic?

Eat at The Asylum! Super cool haunted place and it gives a great view of Sedona. Ask to be seated outside or near a window.
Wine tasting at Cascius. (sp?) The lead singer of Tool owns his own winery in Jerome and his wine is awesome!
As for shopping, there are some boutique style stores with some really cute stuff in it!
Wear comfy shoes and be prepared to climb some hills! Oh, and take lots of pictures! There is a lot of really neat stuff from prohibition and old brothels that are really neat.
