Need warm sweater rec for maltese

Sasha, our little 6 lb maltese is always cold. She has a Land's End coat with fleece lining but I don't think it is warm enough.
Any recs on where to buy small dog sweaters other than Petsmart? (I don't like to shop there because of their stance on pitties in their boarding facility) 
Has anyone ever bought a sweater for their pooch on etsy???
