Recommendations for a Real Estate Agent on the Seacoast?
Hello!
I'm fairly new to this board, having married a little over a year ago. I found "The Knot" to be very helpful when wedding planning, and thoroughly enjoyed the creativity and recommendations of the New Hampshire posters. Therefore, I am turning to you again for our next adventure. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good real estate agent in the Dover area? My husband and I are cautiously watching the housing market, and are looking for someone good to help us find our first home. Any recommendations or advice you could pass along would be greatly appreciated! TIA! ~Katie

She lives in Rochester and works through that area for ProEdge Realty. She is a good friend of mine too.

i'll wholeheartedly second that recommendation! hillary sold us our house in dover a year ago and went way above and beyond to accommodate us searching from several states away.
she's great at what she does and she's focused and has a great personality but what's most important is that she really listens to you. there's nothing worse (i'd imagine - i've never had to deal with it though!) than a real estate agent who doesn't have your best interests in mind. i don't think you'd have to worry about that frustration with hillary. she's fabulous!
