I had a great weekend! I signed up for ancestry.com, which has become a little bit of an obsession.

had an exhausting weekend. friday night lily did not want to sleep so neither did i. saturday was nice and relaxed and full of naps. sunday i made banana muffins. yummm.

We had a pretty mellow weekend, just hanging out together before DH had to go out of town for work for a week...

Saturday, we watched bad movies, cooked and did a bit of laundry. Sunday, I helped DH get ready for his trip and get packed, went on a little hike with the dog and nestie carfar (such nice weather for January), and went out to dinner w/ DH to our favorite pizza place.

Sunday was my first day off bedrest, I got a pedicure and made dinner. Oh happy feet!

Cedra and I went and joined two amazing Nesties at Gloria Ferrer. Then Sunday was a chore day after lunch with FIL. It was a really successful day.

On Saturday we did some shopping and went to an open house, then yesterday we went to church, then spent the day taking down our Christmas decorations and then I steam-cleaned the living room carpet (which was disgusting).

Weekend was good! Watched my alma mater get their butts kicked in the Cotton Bowl, did lots of lounging around, ran errands and bought a wireless printer and new office chair, and saw The Descendants. Plus some cleaning and such around the house. DH finally got half the garage cleared and organized, so I get to park in the garage this week!

Weekend was good. Did some baking, cooking, watching football and finish taking down the Christmas decorations.

Now time to gear up for birthdays!!

Eh, I've had better. DH's bed had to be repaired so we waited for hours for them to come. When they finally did, he had to be out of the bed and that caused sore open up again. We've been getting more worried about it because of where it is and DH realizes we will probably have to go to the hospital. I did some prepping for my interview and it was nice to talk to my old mentor teacher about that stuff. We hadn't talked for awhile. I worked on my planning my grandpa's 90th birthday some more, too.

We had a good weekend but it really flew by.

On Saturday we drove up to NH to visit a high school friend of mine.  Then we stopped at my parents' house on the way back down and had dinner with them and my sisters.

Sunday we went outlet shopping for a couple of hours and then headed to a volleyball tournament, which was a lot of fun.  My body is sore today though because we haven't played in a few weeks and I have to go to league tonight.

It was good, busy but good. I entered my dog in her first sport competition, lure course racing. She had to qualify in one race on Saturday and 2 on Sunday before she actually raced 200 yards (three times) chasing a lure/fake rabbit on a string against other dogs. She did great and I think I found something to do with her over the winter.

I threw a good friend a baby shower and then worked. I've had a crazy couple of weeks with work and everything, I am looking forward to my maternity leave.. if I can only make it until then.

I had a great weekend...busy but great! We did a huge amount of work in our basement and it's finally done. We primed, we painted, we carpet cleaned and the holes in the ceiling are patched and painted. Now for the fun part, decorating! I'm really happy with it. Voila!

I also started my half marathon training yesterday. And I'm feeling it today. The old legs are feeling a little stabby. T and I were home together and it was 55 degrees in the middle of January. I have no complaints.

Thanks! My leave starts next Thursday (so 8 work days left). I'm feeling good except for some pregnancy induced carpal tunnel which I don't wish on anyone.

Your basement looks so good!! I love before and after photos of projects like that.

Jam packed weekend: tried out a new restaurant and bar, saw Mission Impossible 4, tried the aforementioned Ethiopian food for the first time and exchanged the weird faux snakeskin sparkle jacket MIL got me for xmas for a watch.

Wow, that is so NOT you at all!! I think I need to go shopping with your MIL when she shops for you. My grandma loved Alfred Dunner stuff. I'm sure your MIL would love to know she shops like a 90 yr old!
