Im looking at purchasing a home in the neighborhood late this year / early next year, and I was curious as to what the estimated prop tax / insurance and association dues would be. I would love to know what your figures are, if you dont mind.

Duval property appraiser's website can tell you how much the actual house you're looking at pays. So can Zillow. So can your real estate agent.
The best #s will be found per the property you're looking at like LB posted. I sent you a pm with some % estimates you can use.
I know the appraisers website can tell me about taxes, but I was more interested in insurance and association dues, which are not available on those sites. But thanks!
Association dues are on the MLS listing.
