The importance of TEAM WORK
I was in orientation, for my new/ old job today. and of course, one of the topics is "the importance of team work". One of the guys there said,
"Team work is important, because if you're not with other people, you're by yourself."

Hahaha. That actually made me LOL at my desk.
We had a "team building" exercise a few months ago. I work in a really small department (actuarial) and we have a new exec, so he wanted us to be all hand-holdey for a day. We went to the local mall to goof off for awhile and ended up playing family feud and writing adventure stories (they were supposed to be one word answers to problem solving puzzles, but my team decided that isn't fun) in a conference room.
