First Birthday Ideas Anyone?

my son turns a year old in june and im completely oblivious as to what to do. ive never had to throw a birthday party let alone a one year olds. HELP PLEASE!!

Don't stress! Your baby is 1, he will have no idea it's his birthday, and he may actually be freaked out by a big production. You can do something simple like invite the grandparents over for a family dinner and then serve cake and ice cream afterward. Or just celebrate with the three of you. It can be as elaborate or as simple as you want.

i was thinking about just celebrating his 1st with my 18th and having a cookout type thing at a park and having a few people over like his grandparents from both sides his uncles and aunt and just some family friends and what not over. i think that would be simple. maybe just use a theme for the whole thing?
