I dont, Im happy with what I got hehehe. But if anything i would increase to a C+ lol which looks like I wont be needing since this pregnancy surpassed it already lol. I have felt someone's boob job before (not by choice lol) my co-worker was really happy with her boob job and did not waste time to show it off. She took me to the women's bathroom and showed me and made me touched it. I must admit I was curious how it would feel lol and it was super firm.
