Could someone please give me any ideas or a men's birthday party/dinner favor ideas?
Re: Favors
I'm in the "no favors unless it's a child bday party" camp. You've already invited someone into your home, spent weeks planning, given them your hospitality, not to mention the actual money you've spent on invitations, flowers, food. The event itself is the gift to the guest.
If you feel the need, do something edible. Maybe mini bottles of liquor if that'd be appropriate for the crowd.

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
My H is really into little gadgets, so he would love a little favor (I wouldn't be so pleased, though). However, my brother would most likely not take something home - unless it was edible.
Out of curiosity, why do you feel obligated to provide favors for a grown man's birthday party?
I perfer to do edible favors as well if I choose to give them for any party. I think of favors as junk that lays around the house. But if I where going to do a non edible favor for a grown mans party I would choose key chain bottle openers.
