We are having home made French Dips for dinner. And H and SS just got home from getting vanilla ice cream to go with the Apple Pie.
We watched the movie Red Dog last night. Nobody told me it was sad
Good morning, just a typical work day for me and maybe going to the gym later. We'll see.
Good news: My boss has just been awesome lately. I had some personal stuff occur and he was said, go home take care of it, this is just work, not your life. I really appreciated his understanding. A good boss is worth the world.

Glitterfart: We did our grocery shopping for the rest of the week yesterday so I don't have to go to every day like I usually do.
I'm having a great morning so far for no particular reason. I am happy that Siri's infected toenail bed has been getting much better. I'm looking forward to running with him later and generally hope to have a good day. I'll most likely intend to do my essay but browse different marathons for ideas along with shopping for new running shoes instead.
I still haven't gone to bed yet.
I have to get the grocery shopping done today. Stop at Target for a snow shovel in case it actually snows enough to shovel out our car. Then a day at the laundry mat to get all our clothes washed. I hate going all the fumes make me sick. I've got period back cramps and yesterday had a 18 hour headache so I'll likely leave the laundry mat with a headache and a backache. Final chore is to wash all my make-up brushes. I lost track of which ones I used before I moved back and which ones were just in storage. So I guess I'll have to start fresh.
Good News: I got admitted into college today and set up my classes. I still have some stuff to fine tune. But I'm almost done! Back to school on Tuesday. It's definitely bitter sweet.

DH and I have no plans for our January weekends yet, which is fabulous since he's working such long hours. I really need the weekends to relax and have a break from DD.

What shall I fart glitter about today? The sun is out and the 3-day old snow is melting. Yaaaaay! Maybe I am made for non-tundra weather after all.
Congrats alli! You've probably mentioned it before, but what are you doing at school / what classes are you taking?
Our kitchen ceiling started leaking at 11pm last night, so we had to go upstairs and disturb the people in the flat above us. Hopefully they get something fixed or worked out today.
Otherwise, busy day at work. Steak ceasar salad for dinner tonight and hopefully some relaxing.
Glitterfart: We booked our flights to Italy for vacation in May, going to Tuscany and then Rome to meet up with my parents!

Morning everyone!
Glitterfart: I can work from home until the giant project from hell is finished. That should be 3 weeks. 3 whole joyous weeks of working in my PJ's and having healthy/tasty stuff for lunch and no obnoxious co-workers. It's going to be heaven!!!!
@Sushi: ha, we're probably doing May as well, Tuscany and Northern Italy though, and I was looking up ticket prices last night. Since they're still dirt cheap, I'm hoping to book pretty soon as well!

I'm making turkey soup from the leftover turkey and carcass from xmas (we were travelling the day after xmas, so I froze it) can't wait for some comfort food tonight!

Good News: I am finally getting over my cold, I have been trying to sleep better, and it is sunny and blue skies here.
Been a busy day! LittleGirl had her first appoinment today and is doing great. Dropped by a friend's office to wish her happy birthday while we used her office privacy to nurse. Talked with the daycare about her start date. Got a few things from the grocery store. Now have a few minutes in between nursing and getting a couple things done around the house. Then it's off to an appointment, getting the car seat to the friend who will pick up BabyD, and a work dinner with DH.
My glitterfart: The restaurant we are going to tonight has amazing risotto.
BabyGirl's glitterfart: She sprayed pee and poop all over the guy taking her vitals. He was just about to take a rectal temperature and she got him. He was a good sport. Said his boss was saying just this morning how the patients would start getting him somehow because he only have a few more days before heading back Stateside. By the time I left half the clinic knew what had happened and had congratulated LittleGirl.
LOL! Reading this made my day!
Good morning. Getting ready for work...sigh.
Glitterfart: oh jeez, that's gonna be tough today. Um. Well, minibini is sick with RSV (that's more fart than glitter obviously) but because of that he can't go to daycare so he will be spending Thursday with my sister and Friday with my mom. I don't want him to be sick of course but I love that he will get to spend so much time with his auntie and grandma. I'm also thankful that both of them could rearrange their schedules to help us out.

Glitterfart: Today is H's first day back at work and my first day alone with baby, and I think I'm doing well so far.
