Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you.

Re: **Smudges*Mom**

  • I've responded!

It seems that Apple does not like the Nest. In order to reply to a PM, I can't respond, but create a new PM. Rather silly, IMO.

And hello to everyone stopping by! Not much to see here. :o)

  • I was going to PM you too, but I am just going to piggy back here instead :-)  Did you see this article?  Do you think this will change your travel plans and make it easier or harder to get the pup there?  Sorry, not clicky.

Interesting. We have confirmed seats on a commercial flight in March. I think DH mentioned that it was in his orders that we were to fly commercially--and his orders were cut very recently. Hmmmm. I can see why you would be concerned about your pets. Ten spaces for Pets for a plane full of families PCSing is not a lot. And, the flights are weekly, so you taking "a later flight" with one or two animals isn't a fabulous option. I would have your DH look into this. I wonder if one of the reasons we are going into Frankfurt is due to the proximity of the post to the airport.

I hope you are able to get your pets over without any added difficulties. Keep me posted!
