I just, LOVE food! I enjoy the smells, textures, new flavors, familiar flavors...basically everything.
And let me tell you, it doesn't go very well with my healthy objectives. Gosh darn-it.

Great blog! Thank you for the recommendation.
Oh NLFoodie I know. I'll go like three days with surviving on fat free yogurt, all-bran, chicken, and veggies and then make a four-course dinner. My cooking style isn't terribly unhealthy but I love desserts and portion-control and I have a love-hate relationship.
Thankfully my H loves food too so we can appreciate one anothers extra bit of jiggle. I just want to stay healthy while enjoying my guilty pleasure's.
Ashley, you are my soul sister. I love food...I live to eat (rather than eat to live). I agree with Alli though...skinnytaste is awesome! I use a lot of her recipes and they're super good! I've also pulled quite a few from cooking light that I really love as well.
Portion control is my arch-enemy, however.
Add me to this Food Love list!
I'm always happy when I eat. I love to try new, weird foods. I have never refused to eat something, I figure if others can eat it I can at least try it, so far I have liked everything. Yumm, now I'm hungry!
Portion control was always hard, but it went out the window with getting together with a half Italian guy who has a super-speedy metabolism, eats whatever he wants and has a weight that hasn't changed even 2 lbs since he was 18 (that's more than 20 years of the same weight and eating crap for him!).
I do eat pretty healthy though, so health-wise I'm okay (I tell myself!)
