Paris could be fairly cold with maybe some snowish weather but I think that might be a fairly infrequent thing. Italy will be cool to cold and possibly a little on the rainier side. I've never been during that time of the year, but I've looked at the weather charts in some of my guidebooks. When Bill and I go in December of 2013, we'll be going then, so I hope it's not so very bad. However, when I was in Rome in June of 2003, it was 108! I can deal with the cold over that any day of the week. There's not a whole lot of A/C, especially in Rome and definitely not in the Vatican.
One of Mel's best friends changed her FB status yesterday to "in a relationship" with her first serious boyfriend. Mel has known her since 4th grade. I felt the same way!
