Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Bekkah -- an idea...
I saw on fb you were excited about your first placement in a classroom -- and that is all fine and well. However, I think you need to tour Nestie ECE classes. You could start with Lacey in daycare if you want to go chronologically, or you can just go from closest to furthest from you. You might want to wait to come up here until nearer to the end of your tour since Alycia is on maternity leave for the year -- or you could come to CT multiple times?! I'm sure we could all provide you with a well rounded view of different classes, communities, etc.

LOL... that would be awesome! I'm sure I would get some great ideas and perspective from you ladies.
In all seriousness, some of these field based projects I have to do would benefit from me actually knowing the teachers I work with. I wish I could observe in nestie classrooms!

That is weird. I worked at a daycare and the director was one of my letters of reference. Several coworkers are in the same position.

My company won't allow us/managers to be references. It sucks :-( I need a job.
